Terms and Conditions
By using Traviqo.com, users agree to comply with all platform rules, event requirements, and applicable laws. Traviqo operates as an online marketplace connecting event organizers with attendees.
Marketplace Role
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, ticket availability, pricing, refund terms, venue requirements, and event execution. Tickets purchased through Traviqo may also be subject to organizer-specific conditions shown on the event page.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts, listing events, purchasing tickets, requesting support, or submitting payment and refund information.
Account Security
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials, password reset links, OTP codes, trusted devices, QR tickets, and private ticket links secure. Traviqo may require email verification, one-time security codes, strong passwords, anti-bot checks, or additional verification before allowing login, registration, password reset, ticket resend, organizer access, scanner access, or other sensitive actions.
Tickets and Event Entry
Entry to events may require valid identification, proof of purchase, age verification, ticket QR code validation, or compliance with venue policies. Event organizers and venues may refuse entry where attendee information, ticket status, age requirements, identification, or conduct does not meet event rules.
Event Refund Rules
Users should review the refund policy shown on each event page before purchasing. Event refund rules may include the standard 70% refund request window up to 3 days before the event, a full refund option until the event start time, or a no-refund policy where the organizer is eligible to offer it and applicable law allows.
Fraud and Misuse
Fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, misuse of tickets, abuse of the platform, false chargebacks, illegal resale, or attempts to bypass security may result in account suspension, ticket cancellation, payout holds, restricted platform access, or legal action.
Platform Enforcement
Traviqo reserves the right to suspend accounts, cancel listings, remove content, request verification, hold payouts, or restrict platform access for violations of these terms, payment-provider rules, venue requirements, or applicable law.
