Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund requests may be submitted according to the individual organizer refund policy displayed on each event page. Refund eligibility periods, cancellation windows, and administrative fees may vary depending on the event, ticket type, organizer rules, and payment status.
Organizer-Cancelled Events
If an organizer cancels an event, affected attendees may be eligible for a full or partial refund subject to organizer approval, payment-provider requirements, and any applicable platform or administrative review.
Processing Timelines
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on Stripe, PayPal, WooPayments, WooCommerce, the issuing bank, card network, or other payment provider. Approved refunds may take several business days to appear after they are submitted.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for the following unless the organizer or applicable law requires otherwise:
- Failure to attend an event.
- Late arrivals.
- Violations of venue rules.
- Removal by event security or organizers.
- Failure to comply with age, identification, ticket, or safety requirements.
Cancellation Fees
Some attendee cancellation requests may be subject to organizer terms, timing restrictions, administrative fees, or event-specific cancellation charges. If a policy on an event page differs from this general policy, the event-specific policy may control where permitted by law.
Dispute Support
Traviqo may assist in dispute resolution, but Traviqo is not the primary organizer or operator of third-party events. The organizer remains responsible for event delivery, attendee communication, and refund decisions where applicable.
