Lost or deleted the ticket email? Enter the email used at checkout. We will send a one-time code first, then resend matching ticket emails after verification.

Step 1 Use the checkout email

The ticket can only be resent to the email address used when the ticket was purchased.

Step 2 Verify the email code

We send a 6-digit code before any ticket email is resent. If the code does not arrive quickly, check spam, junk, promotions, or quarantine folders.

Step 3 Receive the ticket email

After the code is verified, matching active tickets for future events are resent to the same checkout email. Your ticket may also appear in your attendee dashboard.
