Privacy Policy
Traviqo collects user information to provide event booking services, improve the user experience, protect accounts, support organizers, and maintain platform security.
Information We Collect
Information may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, ticket details, event activity, device information, browser information, account activity, security logs, password reset activity, OTP verification activity, anti-bot challenge activity, and support communications.
Account Login and Verification
When users register, log in, request a password reset, use Google or another social login provider, verify a new device, or resend tickets, Traviqo may process account identifiers, email addresses, device signals, trusted-device cookies, verification timestamps, password reset tokens, and security challenge results to protect accounts and prevent abuse.
Social Login
If a user chooses Google login or registration, Traviqo and the enabled social-login provider may receive account information needed to create or access the Traviqo account, such as name, email address, social login provider details, and related authentication data. Users can still use email and password login where available.
Payment Information
Payment transactions are securely processed through Stripe and other approved payment providers. Traviqo does not store full payment card information. Payment providers may process payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, refund, and compliance information under their own policies.
How We Use Data
User data may be used for:
- Ticket processing and QR code delivery.
- Customer support.
- Event communication.
- Fraud prevention, anti-bot checks, email verification, trusted-device recognition, and account security.
- Marketing and promotional emails where allowed.
- Platform analytics and service improvement.
- Legal, tax, accounting, and payment compliance.
Sharing
Information may be shared with event organizers, payment processors, email delivery providers, social login providers, analytics tools, security services, anti-bot tools, fraud-prevention partners, support providers, and legal or compliance advisors when needed to operate the platform.
Privacy Rights
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable privacy regulations. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, payment, dispute, or accounting purposes.
