What to Include

  • Your full name and purchase email.
  • Event name and date.
  • Ticket reference or order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Screenshots or supporting details when helpful.
  • For account access or password reset issues, include the account email and whether you used email/password or Google login. Do not send passwords, OTP codes, or full reset links by email.

Payment Questions

For Stripe, WooPayments, PayPal, refund, dispute, or payout issues, email billing@traviqo.com with the order reference and the email used at checkout. Do not send full card numbers by email.
