Organizer Terms and Conditions

Event organizers using Traviqo are responsible for providing accurate event details, honoring valid ticket sales, operating events safely, and complying with applicable laws, venue rules, and payment-provider requirements.

Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate event titles, descriptions, dates, times, venues, locations, pricing, capacity, and ticket availability.
  • Honoring valid ticket sales and managing attendee entry.
  • Maintaining required permits, licenses, insurance, venue approvals, and regulatory permissions.
  • Ensuring attendee safety and event-day operations.
  • Complying with local regulations, age restrictions, alcohol rules, tax obligations, and venue policies.
  • Managing refunds, cancellations, attendee notices, and event changes where applicable.

Prohibited Listings

Organizers may not post misleading, unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, discriminatory, infringing, or deceptive events. Traviqo reserves the right to review, reject, remove, or restrict organizer listings.

Payments and Payouts

Organizer revenue may be tracked in the organizer dashboard. Payout timing, payout method, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, cancellation fees, payment holds, and compliance reviews may depend on Stripe, WooCommerce, PayPal, Split Pay, administrator review, and related processor requirements.

Attendee Data

Organizers may use attendee information only to operate the event, provide support, validate tickets, process authorized refunds or cancellations, and communicate important event information. Organizer misuse of attendee data may result in account restriction or removal.
