Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund requests may be submitted according to the organizer refund policy displayed on each event page and in the event details. Refund eligibility periods, cancellation windows, administrative review, and payment-provider rules may vary depending on the event, ticket type, organizer rules, and payment status.
Standard Default Refund Policy
Unless an eligible organizer selects another available policy for an event, the standard default policy allows attendees to request a 70% refund up to 3 days before the event date. After that refund window closes, tickets are non-refundable unless required by law or the event is cancelled by the organizer.
Full Refund Until Event Start
Where an event page states that full refunds are available until the event start time, eligible attendees may request a full refund before the event begins. After the event start time, tickets are non-refundable unless required by law or the event is cancelled by the organizer.
No-Refund Event Policy
A no-refund event policy may be offered only by eligible organizers who have completed at least 2 published events in the last 60 days, or by an administrator where appropriate. If the event page is marked no refund, tickets are non-refundable except where required by law or if the event is cancelled by the organizer.
Organizer-Cancelled Events
If an organizer cancels an event, affected attendees may be eligible for a full or partial refund subject to organizer approval, payment-provider requirements, and any applicable platform or administrative review.
Processing Timelines
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on Stripe, PayPal, WooPayments, WooCommerce, the issuing bank, card network, or other payment provider. Approved refunds may take several business days to appear after they are submitted.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for the following unless the organizer or applicable law requires otherwise:
- Failure to attend an event.
- Late arrivals.
- Violations of venue rules.
- Removal by event security or organizers.
- Failure to comply with age, identification, ticket, or safety requirements.
Cancellation Fees
Some attendee cancellation requests may be subject to timing restrictions, administrative review, event-specific cancellation charges, or payment-provider rules. If a policy on an event page differs from this general policy, the event-specific policy may control where permitted by law.
Dispute Support
Traviqo may assist in dispute resolution, but Traviqo is not the primary organizer or operator of third-party events. The organizer remains responsible for event delivery, attendee communication, and refund decisions where applicable.
