What to Include

  • Event name and date.
  • Ticket reference or order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Screenshots or supporting details when helpful.

Payment Questions

For Stripe, WooPayments, PayPal, refund, dispute, or payout issues, provide the order reference and the email used at checkout. Do not send full card numbers by email.
